入口處的一盒耳塞，已經預告了晚上車流聲音很明顯，所以怕吵的人可以使用耳塞，總結:CP值很高，加上交通方便，旁邊又有AEON小超市，路口也有7-11，鶯谷北口有唐吉軻德，買吃的很方便
9.0住宿離鶯谷車站很近，交通方便，房間很乾淨舒適，多人出遊的經濟好選擇，推薦!

9.0Excellent accomodation choice for plenty of space, separate areas/rooms to use, kitchen area with large fridge and complete utensil set to use. Very convenient location next to a supermarket open late. Several convenience stores within 1-2 min walk. 3 train stations nearby including main Yamanote line. Staff were easily contactable and very helpful. We appreciated their assistance.
− Only small improvements such as a mirror in the lower level room and power plug near the mirror area to plug in a hair dryer or shaver would be great. Noise from the busy road below can also be challenging for light sleepers. Steep and narrow stairway can be problematic for some. Please note this is an unstaffed accommodation but host can be contacted via email.
