5.0The location was great. Easy to get the keys and get inside.
− No AC, just one small fan for the whole apartment. Small beds with bad mattress. Light was coming inside the apartment at 6 am because the small blinds is not enough to block the light. I was disappointed.
Not reliable, they cancel my stay hours before checking in.

− They cancelled my stay 3 hours before the check-in. Booked since February, when I asked for the instructions for the check, they magically had an “issue” and cancelled my stay. I was already in the plane, paid 500 £ more and booking did not fix anything or pay me anything. Just reimbursed my money (which I also loose because of the money exchange from € to £). Crazy.

− It wasn’t clean. There were hairs in the bathroom that did not belong to me. The shower cubicle hadn’t been cleaned. The bedding and towels were off white. The kitchen sink was dirty and there was a dirty dishcloth.
