This location was fantastic

− No outside space but a fabulous view from every window!

It was fantastic a genuine 10/10. Comms were brilliant though out, one of our best stays.

Caesar who met us was quite charming. I asked for some local knowledge of less trodden paths, as it was late July in Florence. He gave us some great suggestions marking them on our map. The four that we visited, two of which were restaurants, were all excellent, the sort of things only a local would know. It really made our trip.

Excellent communication, before and during the stay. Host waited for us at the house & introduced the flat. The flat itself is spacious and feels very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Refuse facilities are easily accessible from the house. The best: it is extremely quiet and has an amazing view over the roofs of Firenze (including glimpses of the dome and the Palazzo Vecchio).

This was an amazing apartment that had all of the amenities we were looking for. It was incredibly spacious and met all of our needs. Additionally, it was stocked appropriately and we enjoyed the thoughtful touches like providing a water filter for the fridge. This apartment had the largest bathroom and shower during our entire stay across Italy, which was a huge plus. Views were pretty out the windows. The location was a perfect for us because it was away from the main crowds, but still had lots going on. Additionally, the property management was incredibly easy to reach via WhatsApp and was able to answer all the questions during our stay and they provided us with everything we requested. If we ever go back to Florence, we will be staying here again.

− We did not utilize the loft but it was a bit warmer up there (it was 100 degrees during our stay). However, the AC worked well in the rest of the apartment and kept it very comfortable when left running.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location

A really lovely apartment with excellent facilities. Around 20 minutes' walk from the railway station and a short walk to the main sites in the city (e.g. Pitti Palace less than 5 mins, Uffizi 10 mins, Duomo 15 mins). On arrival, we were met and welcomed at the apartment by the helpful host, who gave us plenty of information about the facilities etc. The area has various cafés, bars and restaurants and there's a supermarket less than 10 mins' walk away. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet, as it's on an upper floor and the Via Maggio itself isn't crowded with people (at least, it wasn't in April!). The kitchen in the apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need if you want to prepare a meal. We also discovered an amazing vegan café around 10 mins' walk away ('Santo Falafel'). Highly recommended - we ate dinner there twice. It was amazing to be able to see the Duomo from one side of the apartment! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence.
