Only the location, very near to Sagrada Familia and Metro lines.

− Very hard to get in contact with the staff, english was very poor. Then the building is poorly maintained, very loud nlises from neighbours caused by super thin walls. The toilets are disgustingly dirty and almost not maintained at all. The bedrooms feels super dirty with very uncomfortable bed and too small pillows.

great location, reasonable facilities, do not recommend as illegal accommodation

good location and facilities were moderately clean but nice, bed was comfortable but not the best.

− the accommodation is an illegal apartment in barcelona, the host doesnt have a license to operate from that address. whilst we didnt have any problems from people living in the building, there are many posters stressing this is an illegal accommodation in the lobby and before you enter the room. aside from that, the air conditioning unit leaked water almost every day and on our last day didnt seem to work much at all. we had a silverfish appear from the wall one day, we believe from the damp caused by the ac unit.

Location isn’t worth the uncomfort of this stay. Still almost 400eur for 4 nights, which of course is cheap for the loca

- Good location - Responsive & friendly staff

− - Address not correct - Posters all around hallway by neighbours stating that the property is at the wrong address deliberately as the other building is registered but this one is not - Bedsheets weren't changed before our arrival, we only realised by the evening as we dropped bags off initially (they offered to change it when we said it, but due to everything else we still decided to leave) - Room smelled bad and humid - Fan didn't do enough to cool the room down - Bathrooms had no toilet paper most of the time - Mold in one bathroom, other had dirty shower and sink with broken cupboards - Checked out after 1 night, refused to give partial refund (could’ve even given us city tax back seeing as we were there only 1 night)
