− The host advertised 2 double beds and one sofa bed. When we arrived it was only one double bed made by 2 singles combined together and sofa bed. I travelled with 2 kids 11 girl and 13 years old boy and it was very difficult to make some sleeping arrangements. Also when we arrived the bathroom floor was full of water and next to it a bucket and a mop. I contacted the host which was very prompt response and told them about the problem and they said that I should ignore it. Also in the night the bathroom made a lot of noise making very difficult to rest. Again I been told to ignore it. Every hour the bathroom floor will be flooded with water. If I ignore it as I was told the water will be flooded all the apartment. One and the half bucket of water will be collected each day from the bathroom floor. Before we use the bathroom I have to spend 10-15 min to wipe the floor. Unacceptable.
