9.0Appartement typique lisboete , bien situé, propre et calme. Communication efficace avec le loueur. Possibilité de stationner dans les rues alentours non réservées aux résidents.
− Il a fait très chaud durant notre séjour. Les murs gardent la chaleur et c’est difficile d’aérer. Heureusement l’appartement dispose de deux ventilateurs… c’est efficace mais bruyant.
Nel complesso molto positivo
10.0Struttura pratica e accogliente, relativamente pulita. Il locale è ben arredato, adeguatamente spazioso per una famiglia di 4 persone e rispondente alle aspettative. Sia in cucina che in bagno abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, così come il sapone per fare la lavatrice. Il WC ha una doccetta che 'aiuta' gli italiani a non rimpiangere eccessivamente il bidet. Ci è stata offerta una bottiglia di vino locale: gesto apprezzato.
− Non è comodissima da raggiungere in metro. La stazione più vicina (linea gialla, fermata Rato) è relativamente vicina, ma la strada è ripida e i marciapiedi sono ciottolosi, quindi con le valigie si fatica un po'. Richiede diversi cambi per le linee che portano alle principali attrazioni (azzurra e verde). Le scale sono strette e ripide da fare con i bagagli. Nel quartiere c'è parecchia vita notturna.

Cómodo y muy buena ubicación.
9.0Muy buena ubicación! Encontramos muy buenos restaurantes a pocos metros de distancia, también un super mercado. Tuvimos muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión y nos recibieron con una botella de vino de cortesía:). El apartamento es bonito, hermoso el piso de madera. Limpio, utensilios y ollas de cocina bastante completo. Los días de nuestra estancia nos fuimos caminando a visitar las atracciones. Si hay que mentalizarse de las subidas y bajadas de las calles en Lisboa.
− Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que no había ascensor y el apartamento quedaba en un segundo piso. Pero, es entendible, tampoco es que fue un gran problema subir.
Muy agradable y cómodo
10.0El apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y con muy buena ubicación, tuvimos un detalle de bienvenida y el anfitrión nos ayudó en todo momento. Además nuestra mascota estuvo muy cómoda. Si volvemos, ¡repetiremos sin duda!
− La única pega que le pongo son las escaleras para acceder al apartamento, son muy estrechas y empinadas y para una persona mayor le dificulta mucho
