6.0Close to a metro station
− The shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty when we arrived. The air conditioning worked poorly and kept turning itself off. The TV remote had dead batteries. During our stay, the host messaged us asking if he could enter the apartment to collect the tourist tax. We weren’t even at the apartment at the time, and we weren’t checking out that day, so our belongings were still spread around the apartment. When I informed him about the empty toiletries and the dead batteries, he replied that we should have told him in the morning, even though we had no way of knowing that he was only available then. He did, however, bring us new batteries afterward.

− Aria condizionata non funzionante bene, non rinfrescava del tutto - non si stava freschi. Questa per noi una grande pecca con 40°C al sole, eravamo nella stanza 1.

7.0The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
− We didn't realize that you cannot cook anything in the kitchen. The gas didn't work and also the washing machine cannot be used by guests. Also. We didn't realize while booking that it was a shared flat.
