10.0We loved absolutely everything! The Palazzo and our apartment ( number 22) were gorgeous. Opening the curtain in the morning and seeing the Duomo was breathtaking. Most importantly, the level of service was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect for our stay. I cannot say enough things about this incredible place!

A wonderful experience in the beautiful city of Florence.
10.0A beautiful historic hotel with rooms modernised to give a unique mix of old and new. Location is excellent and near major landmarks. Staff are very helpful and service levels are excellent.
