It was okay for the time being but I wouldn’t rebook this property.
6.0Decent location, amenities to cook & wash clothes, TV with Netflix. Check in staff were helpful.
− No natural light. Little air flow (window couldn’t be open due to bugs). Spiders, mosquitoes & silverfish in property when we arrived. We did buy bug spray and there was a insect repellent in the property which did help but overall the property didn’t feel fresh & clean. It was dark and there were spider webs in every corner. When I reached out to the owner of the property, she advised me that this was the first she had ever heard of it as if I was making it up.

10.0The location was absolutely fantastic - you are within walking distance of nearly every museum and cultural landmark. I truly don’t think you could find a better location in Florence. The owner went above and beyond by leaving a bottle of Prosecco as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday, which was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. The apartment itself is clean, beautifully designed, and very well furnished. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Florence.

− Perhaps it would have been nice to have a better outlook from the apartment but we understand that given the age of the building this was not possible.
