Take it for the nearby food, but for the price the accommodation and service should be better.
4.0This apartment is not located near central venice, but it is within a decent 7-10 min walk to the boat taxis. While we wasted a lot of time getting back and forth, it turned out the location was really nice. There is a grocery right around the corner and the area was very quiet. There is also a park near by for the kids to play. The restaurants in this area was really the redeeming factor, less crowded, not touristy and amazing. I would stay in that area again, just for the food.
− This apartment has four bedrooms, but is not built for families. The many floors make it difficult and with kids on the top floor and bathrooms down, it was not a good scenario for us. Also the AC did not work and the host was very slow to reply and did not have a way to fix it. We were miserable. The cleanliness could use some help, especially in the bathrooms, they smelled awful on arrival. The beds are not comfortable and one makes so much noise that if you are in the room below there is no way to sleep.

A wonderful stay in Venice
10.0Excellent location away from tourist crowds but with easy access vaporetto stops and the basilica. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful.
