1.0− Casa sporca con rubinetto cucina mezzo rotto, elettrodomestici in cucina puzzolenti, bagno male odorante, pavimento sporco.

8.0Klidná lokalita, údajně i bezpečná. V dosahu (kousek) autobus, tramvaj, vlak do Benátek. Apartmán obrovský, skvělý osobní úvodní informační servis od ubytovatele.
− Velmi slabý tlak vody a dlouhé čekání na teplou vodu, to byl asi jediný nedostatek. Asi proto, že se jedná o byt v nejvyšším patře.
