If I could rate this apartment 11/10, I absolutely would! The apartment is simply amazing — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, perfectly located, with a fantastic balcony and a very friendly host. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Was wonderful to stay somewhere so nicely appointed!

Freshly renovated! Lovely decoration! Space to spread out! Lovely calm views!

− 5th floor and no lift :-( but this is common across Europe, pack light as there is a new washing machine! Then no worries! I’d recommend a variety of pillow types too, down pillows are my least favourite as they go flat! Not great for side sleepers! Otherwise Kiki house is a wonderful place to stay! Maybe pack earplugs for weekday traffic if you’re a light sleeper in the main bedroom too ;-)

Where to begin! My husband and I stayed here ahead of our wedding and WOW. We couldn't believe our luck at finding such a special apartment within walking distance to absolutely everything you need (including public parking right outside the door). Our host, Erika, met us upon arrival. We were a bit delayed coming in but she kindly accommodated us by meeting us later to hand over the keys and walk us through the apartment. She also gifted us a bottle of champagne as she knew we were in town for our wedding. The space itself is newly renovated and MUCH bigger than we expected based on the photos. It's modern and clean -- amazing bathroom and blackout shades in the bedroom. (Resulting in the best sleep we got on our three week trip!) The terrace in the back was the best cherry on top -- we had our espresso here in the morning and wine at night. A/C units throughout that work well. Just cannot say enough great things. I almost don't want to post this review for fear this gem will be found out -- but Erika deserves it. Totally exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be back!

Eine sehr schöne, komfortable und moderne Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich, sehr zuverlässig und hat an wirklich alles gedacht, so dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Nebenan konnten wir günstig in einer tollen Atmosphäre italienisch frühstücken, gleichwohl die Küchenausstattung ein eigenes Frühstück, Abend- und Mittagessen mit allen Raffinessen auch möglich gemacht hat.

Everything was exceptional! Erika is a kind and gracious host! We were delayed on our arrival, yet she patiently waited to greet us and even helped us take our bags upstairs. The apartment was absolutely perfect and well appointed. The design and all the details were so thoughtful. The terrace was the perfect place to sit quietly and sip coffee. The bedroom overlooks the river and was magical! Exceptional place!

− It's a little far from the city centre, but the buses ran fairly well.

The quality and finish of this apartment is pretty exceptional. We were sad to leave it.

The apartment was beautiful and of very high quality throughout. It was lovely waking up to the view of the river from the bedroom and then having breakfast on the balcony looking out onto the Tuscan rooftops and hills. The neighbourhood is pleasent, safe and had plenty of good places to eat, away from the mad touristy areas of Florence. It is around 25 mins to walk in however the number C4 bus goes from the front of the train station and drops off just near the apartment. We had everything that we could possibly want, from coffee pods, water, breakfast items and toiletries. We were met at the property but it might be an idea to put Kikii House on the doorbell outside as we were not sure which flat to ring when we were waiting to be let in.

− Nothing, all lovely. Just be aware that due it being an apartment the city tax is 6 Euros per person per night to be paid in cash. However the apartment is well worth it, we were sad to leave.
