HOST LIED AND SAID WE DID NOT STAY AT THE PROPERTY AFTER I SAID I WOULD BE LEAVING A BAD REVIEW FOR ENTERING THE ROOM
1.0By the time we were done with our stay, the only thing we liked about the place was that it was near the Trevi fountain
− Unfortunately, we had a horrible stay at this property. The mattress was the worst one I’ve ever slept on in any hotel or Airbnb ever both my wife and I had trouble sleeping and we woke up with our necks sore each morning. In the description of the listing, it does say that there is housekeeping. Unfortunately, we missed that and there is no notice of it in person while checking in. So we had all of our items scattered around the room (including credit cards face up on the bed stand that we have now had to cancel) when we went out for the day and came back to many personal items moved and felt very violated. When we contacted the property and asked why they had moved all of our personal items they were very rude to us on the phone and told us it was our fault for not seeing it in the description of the listing. Here’s where it gets really fun we let them know that we would be leaving them a bad review, considering the sensitive items that were touched and moved around the room. So they falsely reported to booking.com that we never showed up for our stay. We got a notification from booking.com at 10 PM on our second and final night that our stay had been canceled. We ended up staying up the entire night until 2 AM. Worried that someone will be showing up to kick us out.

Perfect Rome stay next to Trevi Fountain
10.0Very comfortable stay with excellent A/C for hot summer weather. Kitchen was super convenient and well-stocked. Great location and despite being next to Trevi Fountain, could not hear any noise from outside. Great communication from host. Prepare to pay city tax in cash upon arrival.

− La primera noche nos despertaron unos huéspedes a la 130 am que decían tenían reservacion este mismo día !!! La segunda noche nos despertó ruido en la entrada y pasillo supongo... osea casi no dormimos
