Lovelt city, but a horrible and filthy apartment to stay at (AVOID).
1.0We absolutely adored the city and the tons of sights to see. Unfortunately our stay at this apartment was a massive letdown on our trip.
− We were extremely excited for our trip to Barcelona, and this apartment seemed like the absolute perfect spot to start our journey from. Unfortunately the place was extremely rundown. 2 out of the 3 fans didn't work (a MUST in BCN weather), the AC had a rancid smell (so we couldn't use it). There were so many broken bits around the apartment (lights that didn't work, broken drawers and closets, broken chairs, chipped glasses). Even the little terrace looks like a dump, and the bathroom was just covered in black mold... Unfortunately our communication with the hosts didn't help anything. They told us they wouldn't send over the cleaners if we were going to complain to Booking. BCN is an absolute MUST visit, but this place would be an absolute MUST avoid. For the high price you pay here you can find dozens of cheaper places in the adjacent streets. And I doubt they will be as filthy as this place was.

5.0− Assistenza inesistente. Ho segnalato che il bidet perdeva e c'erano altri disservizi in genetald, ma non ci é stato mandato nessuno. Ho letto che nelle altre recensioni questo era gia successo, non controllate le case prima di darle? Inoltre come qui segnato risultava che dovessimo pagare 13 euro circa a testa per la tassa di soggiorno e invece ce ne avete chiesti 20 perche ci avete detto che la tassa di soggiorno é aumentata, quando me l'avreste fatto presente via mail o qua su booking? Perché io non ho visto proprio nulla!

In case of requesting a Late Check-In after 8:00 p.m., a surcharge of 20 euros will also be charged, and after 00:00 a.m. there will be a supplement of 40 euros in cash, at the time of check-in.
