Superb, nice and very clean house

1. Property was spotless clean. 2. ⁠Bed and Mattress was excellent. 3. ⁠property was newly renovated. 4. ⁠Host was very much helpful. I will visit this property soon. I found this area is very quiet and safe. It’s also money-wise very economy. I really enjoyed the accommodation. I hope other people may enjoy it too.

While there were some positive aspects to our stay, including the property's convenient location close to the underground station and the comfortable beds, these were overshadowed by the poor condition and cleanliness of the accommodation. It is disappointing because, with some care, attention, and investment in maintenance, the property has the potential to be an excellent place to stay.

− Everything, • Cobwebs in the kitchen. Dirty and neglected blinds, net curtains and grimy paintwork in the kitchen., An external awning that was in a poor state of repair with multiple holes and visible damage which further demonstrated the poor standard of maintenance throughout the property. Two holes in the dining room ceiling. Peeling paintwork on the lounge window ledge.• Missing handles on bedroom furniture, making drawers impossible to open A bedside lamp that could only be used as an ornament as there was an absence of a nearby electrical socket. Front garden overgrown and neglected with grass, weeds and dandelions a metre tall creating an unkempt first impression. The back garden patio was hardly visible due to weeds & cigarette butts strewn everywhere Various items had been abandoned in the back garden including a mop & bucket, a washing up bowl and a ladder. Most concerning was the infestation of ants in the kitchen. Ants were crawling around the sink area, up the walls, and across the kitchen units. The infestation was so severe that food we had purchased became contaminated, resulting in us having to dispose of it.The property was also inadequately equipped for the number of guests staying. Although the accommodation was booked for four people, there was only two mugs, no forks and three knives. There was a general lack of basic cutlery and kitchen utensils, forcing us to purchase additional mugs and plastic cutlery ourselves. The bathroom facilities were in an unacceptable condition. The bath and shower were heavily stained and appeared unhygienic. As a result, none of us felt comfortable using them during the entire weekend, despite the exceptionally hot weather. These issues significantly affected our comfort, enjoyment, and use of the accommodation. The property fell far below the standard that was advertised and represented poor value for the amount paid.

− This host cancelled our booking middle of the day on the day of our stay. 4 adults and 3 children with nowhere to stay in central London. No proper explanation given. We were not impressed. If you don’t want this kind of problem don’t book this property.

Wonderful stay in a comfortable, lovely house with an accommodating host.
