This property is located in a quieter area of the center about 12 minute walk from Piazzale Roma. It has a full kitchen and a basic bathroom. Check in was smooth and easy. I was not able to coordinate bag drop off with the host but found a 24 hour luggage storage 3-min walk from it. The host was accessible in the one occasion we needed to reach her.

− The property is good with no frills, but it needs a bit to be excellent. The shower, while with good pressure and temperature, is a strange set up with two folding doors that come together to form a corner and not very comfortable. The bathroom was missing towel hooks. The bedroom was also missing some hooks and bedside shelf were tiny leaving little space to set up a device charging station or a glass of water at bedtime. The vintage wardrobe was small and seemed a bit fragile but it was the only place to leave the luggage as there was no luggage rack. Fixing the above will make this property a solid top choice.

A fee not listed online was sprung on us hours before we checked in. No hot water at any time (except for the first 2 hours of our 3 day stay). Blankets were paltry and no additional ones were provided and only two pillows total were provided (there were two of us). Landlord was not present and all communication was handled through representative who was friendly but was not given the information he needed. It was unclear if we were supposed to contact the landlord about the hot water and we when we did she acted like we were needy idiots. When asked directly about a partial refund due to the lack of hot water one was provided but the landlord was extremely rude about it. The physical place is fine, nice even but the management is not good.
