Great location in a comfortable spacious flat.
7.0Great location, nice spacious apartment over two floors. Good communication from host. Comfortable beds. Good facilities. Thoughtful of host to have a fan in each room as it was very hot weather.
− En-suite shower didn’t seem to have temperature control-water was scalding. My daughter’s feet were black after walking barefoot on living room floor.

− 89-93 degrees out (unusually hot), bedrooms on top floor no air conditioning.
Great flat in Pimlico near Victoria Station.
10.0Great location to Victoria Station and lots of restaurants and grocery stores. As advertised there are several flights of stairs to negotiate with luggage. Area is quiet and low key. My only suggestion is directions for the washer to be able to use shorter cycles. One cycle took 3 hours to complete. We enjoyed our stay and would return. As most residences in London there is no Air conditioner, just fans and windows. Otherwise a pleasant stay despite the warm weather.
− Would like instructions on washing machine instruction for the cycles. Shower in front bedroom had very hot water and doorknob to bath room is broken.
