9.0Very cozy place , everything is close enough , as weather was super hot appliances went a bit crazy but everyone from staff/owners were super helpful and arranged so that someone could come by as soon as possible to help us out Very sweet people , would stay again

6.0− The AC doesn't work which made our stay very unpleasant. At the same heat wave in Italy we were in other cities and haven't experienced the same issue with other places' ACs. The welcoming kit of shampoo and soap were not even enough for one day for three persons. The shower space was very small and you cannot take a shower with your 3 year old toddler by standing which is very challenging for a family with little ones. The bathroom door was not closing properly. There was renovation going on on the first floor which was very noisy. The backyard view was actually the construction wastes and trash view for the full back yard.
