Jacopo is a fantastic host. The apartment is exceptionally modern. Top notch appliances and very spacious. It s newly renovated Abby unique in its own way. Exceptional clean, and you can tell Jacopo takes pride in his property. As for location, you can not ask for more. 10 min walks with small shops and excellent restaurants all along the way. A very present walk indeed. The apartment is secured and very quiet for a good night sleep after the exhausting sightseeing during the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Jacopo’s apartment in Florence. The space was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. There were four rooms with twin beds, a baby crib, four bathrooms, two induction kitchens, and a cozy sofa bed in the upper-level TV room, which also had a divider for privacy. One great feature: when you close the dining room door, you can’t hear anything from the outside, perfect for relaxing or letting the kids nap or play without worry. The apartment was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with stunning medieval high ceilings and original faded frescoes that gave the space a magical, historic charm. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jacopo gave us a warm welcome and shared a great list of secret local restaurant recommendations. It was the perfect place to spend a few rainy days in Florence, with plenty of room for the kids to run around while the adults relaxed in the shared living areas. We’d absolutely recommend it for families or groups looking for a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Beautifully renovated spacious apartment. Such a pleasure to come home to the gorgeous space after a full day out. Generous amount of coffee pods provided for the coffee machine which was very much appreciated. Very well appointed apartment with everything you'd need. Jacopo was very easily contactable via Whatsapp and sent a whole host of instructions via Whatsapp a week out from our stay including recommendations for restaurants.

− Please note one of the bedrooms will require you to go up a flight of stairs to access a sofa bed. One sofa bed is in the living room. The booking description made it seem that there was a 3rd bedroom with a bed and a sofa bed. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. Suited us as the older 2 kids took the upstairs sofa bed and the younger one slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The adults were very happy in the other 2 bedrooms with ensuites. :)

Host was great, very responsive. Property was spacious, all the amenities we needed. Close to all the sites we wanted to see. Overall stary exceeded our expectations

Florence is a great city and we loved having all of the art, history and fantastic food within a short walk to the apart

Great location near the historic center. The apartment was spacious, clean and beautiful! The host recommended some wonderful restaurants nearby and very helpfully booked our airport taxi for us.
