Location is the highlight and the staff friendly!
6.0Staff were helpful ahead of arrival and at check in/out. Can leave bags and collect before certain time when desk closes, these are just left behind desk so not overly secure but still helpful. The room is in a building where each floor is rooms run by different accommodation providers. It had stairs this is on level 3, there is a small old style lift, which did work well. The room itself was a fine size, it did have a deep step down into the bed area from bathroom at front door. Its location is hard to beat and what it has going for it the most - at the top of the Piazza Navona!
− The air conditioning whisky we were very thankful to have it , it was hot and it did work (didn’t get very cold though and couldn’t adjust the setting) it was extremely loud, like a jet was hovering above the bed… it was a bit of alarm bells when we walked in and saw foam ear plugs on the dresser. It was also periodically stop for 30secs and then aww silence but would re-start again and this woke us up every time. Not sure how they could fix this, but something to be aware of when booking vs value for money.

10.0It was so quiet. A lovely retreat at the end of each day after exploring the chaos of Rome. An added bonus, it had air conditioning which was a huge relief during an European heat wave. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable!
− We had difficulties entering the building the very first time due to not getting a WiFi connection. Luckily a family came through the door which allowed us to enter the building and connect to the guest WiFi. For international travellers this could be tricky.
