De lokatie. Aan de andere kant van de rivier. Minder druk, meer bomen. Flat staat in een binnentuin. Rustig en koel.Op loopafstand van leuke restaurants. Diverse bushaltes in de buurt. Supermarkt aan eind van de straat. Ruim appartement, veel leefruimte.

Μολις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας και διπλα σε σουπερ μαρκετΗσυχη γειτονια..θεσεις στάθμευσης στις μπλε γραμμές στη γειτονιά.Εξυπηρετικος κι ευγενικός ιδιοκτητης.

− Δε λειτουργούν σωστά οι μπριζοδιακοπτες,χρειάζονται αλλαγή.Σχετικα παλιό διαμέρισμα.

Un apartamento cómodo, grande, con buenos espacios. Amabilidad del anfitrión.

− Un poco retirado de la zona más turística (antigua) de Florencia, durante mi estancia hizo mucho frío y la calefacción estaba programada por lo que no pude subir la temperatura, haciendo que pasara noches frías. Por más que lo hablé con el anfitrión, este me explicó que no se podía subir, ya que no estábamos en invierno.

Appartamento carino, ben collegato al centro. L'host è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha dato la possibilità di poterci trattenere di più e fare il check-out più tardi.

The worst apartment

− These are the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. The price does not match the quality at all — it is exactly twice as high as it should be. The apartment is very old and broken down, everything is falling apart. There is a very bad smell inside. The cleaning was poor — dust under the wardrobes and the bed. In the bedroom, there are no blackout curtains, so you have to sleep with light coming in. And most importantly, there is only one air conditioning unit, located in the hallway. In the bedroom, kitchen, and living room it is extremely hot — especially when it's +35°C outside. You won't be able to sleep because of the many mosquitoes, and the host does not provide any repellent. Also, the neighbors have a dog that barks at night and as early as 6 AM. And if you have suitcases — keep in mind that you will have to carry them over gravel and then climb to the second floor with no elevator. I do not recommend staying in this apartment — the price is far too high. For the same amount of money, you'd be much better off staying in a 5-star hotel.
