− Напълно измамен профил на хотел. НЕ РЕЗЕРВИРАЙТЕ НИКОГА !!! ПРЕДУПРЕДЕТЕ ВСИЧКИТЕ ВИ ПОЗНАТИ. Направих резервация през booking.com за две нощувки, като веднага бях таксуван през картата ми. Когато отидохме в хотела и казахме че имаме резервация, човека на рецепция ни се изсмя и ни каза че НЯМАМЕ резервация, защото хотела НЕРАБОТИ С BOOKING.COM и ни каза да напуснем. След като излезнахме от хотела, позвъних на телефона, който е оставен за контакт с мястото за настаняване в профилът им, за "щастие" телефона беше изключен, като така остана и в следващите дни. Така с малко дете, останахме без хотел вечерта в Истанбул. Наложи се да търсим до късно къде да отседнем. За мен този хотел е фалшив и измамен профил в booking.com през който се обират нищо неподозиращите клиенти, без да им се предоставя никаква услуга срещу парите им, както и остават на пътя и трябва да заплащат повторно за да се настанят някъде.
