10.0The apartment was well equipped, spacious and immaculately clean. It is very well located in a quiet, residential area but still very close to all the sights via a short tram ride. The tram station is a few minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommended!

7.0The rooms were large, beds and bathrooms were clean.
− There were no basic amenities like toilet paper, towels, shampoo and limited soap. Not enough towels for 6 people.
Loved our stay at Sunny Park Residence and would highly recommend it if you are looking for something that is quiet but
10.0Property was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a family of four. Close to the tram to get around Florence and there is a supermarket around the corner which was very convenient.
− Nothing really - some of the pillows need replacing but that would be the only thing.

− 晚上有一个房间的洗澡比较冷，房间里无法使用暖气。我们入住这几天佛罗伦萨的晚上还是比较冷的，公寓面积大就觉得有点冷，但是暖气开关和毛巾架都被锁住了，无法开启。

10.0Un très bel appartement, très spacieux et meublé avec goût. La literie était très bonne. L'appartement est situé près de l'arrêt du tram, ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande!
The perfect spot for families or friends - A/C and 2 baths!!
10.0This location is amazing! Next to a park and the tram, you can be in the middle of Firenze in moements! The space had 2 nice size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and air-conditioning!! The owner was so communicative and helpful. The large balcony was a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Firenze!
