− If you stay here, be aware that you may be expected to leave your room every morning before 10:00 because the apartment needs to be cleaned. Even if you simply want to relax in your room and go out later, you may be pressured to leave because the cleaning schedule seems to be treated as more important than the guests’ rest. On our first day, we were asked to leave the room at 10:00 so it could be cleaned. On the day of check-out, the situation became much worse. We were confronted by two very aggressive women, one Russian-speaking and one elderly Italian woman. They shouted at us and made offensive remarks about our nationality, which we perceived as racist and discriminatory. We had to grab our belongings and leave in a rush. It was a very upsetting way to end our stay.

8.0We had a really comfortable stay. The room was big enough for three people and it was very clean too. They clean your room every morning. The location was convenient since it was close to Roma Termini and had access to bus and tram stops. There were good supermarkets and Gelateria within a few meters away.
− It had a fully functioning kitchen but cooking wasn’t allowed.

9.0Все было просто отлично 👍🏼 расположение супер. Комната супер. Кондиционер есть,что было очень важно,так как на время нашей поездки погода была +40. Фото все соответствуют действительности.
− Один маленький минус. Мы час не могли заселится. На наши звонки никто не отвечал. Звонили по всем возможным номер. Просто сидели под дверью в ужасную жару…

Ottima posizione e appartamento confortevole
10.0Appartamento ristrutturato, moderno e ben tenuto, con ambienti accoglienti e confortevoli. La posizione è molto comoda: si raggiunge la stazione di Roma Termini in circa 10 minuti a piedi e il quartiere San Lorenzo, ricco di ristoranti, locali e bar, dista appena 5 minuti. Anche la zona mi è sembrata molto migliorata rispetto a qualche anno fa, più pulita e con una maggiore sensazione di sicurezza. L’host è stato gentile, puntuale e sempre disponibile. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
