Great stay
10.0Really nice to experience a Ryokan. Close to Kyoto station, convenient stores, restaurants and malls. Clean, staff were very friendly too

9.0The location Nice shower
− The hotel is beautiful, and the shower was excellent. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room didn't have blackout curtains, so it became very bright early in the morning, and there wasn't a comfortable place to sit and relax. In addition, the beds weren't made until around 6:30 p.m., which felt unusually late. Addressing these small details would make the experience even better.

I felt scammed by the overpriced hotel for one person with no compromised in part of the hotel!
3.0Room was too expensive! Very unforgiving if accidentally made error of your reservation, booked 2 instead of 3, not to mentioned it was suppose to be a graduation present. I felt scammed since I couldn’t talked Japenesese to present my case or some compromising offer from the hotel.
