We loved the location and the charm of the room. The host Pierpaolo was very attentive without being overbearing. He was very helpful in suggesting options for food whether it was a quaint bakery or dinner. He seemed genuinely invested in us having a great experience in Florence! We would highly recommend and would stay there again.

This Maison was perfect for our 2 nights in Florence, Pierpaolo is a great host , he was right at the door when we arrived very welcoming and a helpful gent The room location is excellent , clean and comfortable with everything you need The bathroom is great with fancy shower and a sitting bidet. Short walk to main train station , duomo and all main attractions There is a restaurant right in front of the building SimBIOsi Organic has amazing organic food and fresh coffe with amazing breakfast and the restaurant Trattoria Zà Zà is 3 minutes walk (make reservation), there is supermarkets on the way back to get what you need. Ciao !

Would very happily stay again.

We just had our two nights stay at this property. It was wonderful. The owner met us two hours before check in time and upgraded our room. We got a message when our room was ready. It is very clean, and modern, and simply beautiful! We walked to all of the important sights, they were not far. There are many restaurants nearby. We went to a couple recommended by the owner and loved them. If we have an opportunity to comeback to Florence, we would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at Maison Ginori Guelfa. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Florence. We will stay here again if we come back to Florence. Great location, in the center of Florence, short walking distance to (basically) ALL of Florence's main attractions. 10 minute walk from the train station. There is a lovely bakery right across the street. The flat is on the first floor of the building. Each room is private, and they share a common kitchen, available for your use. The room is new, modern, beautiful, well equipped, and CLEAN. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet from outside noise. In the room you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, a selection of tea, and a stocked fridge; all complimentary. The private en-suite bathroom was excellent, large and well equipped. The rain shower, the waterfall shower, and the hand wand all worked very well. In general, the flat has everything you want and need. Pierpaolo is an exceptional host, friendly, very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. He will do anything to help you, with genuine care. He will give you clear instructions on how to get into the apartment, including the WiFi credentials. Check in time is accommodating, which is very helpful when you are traveling and can’t always know your arrival time. Check in was also fast and easy. Tip: you can leave your luggage at the flat after checkout. Very convenient if you still have time to explore Florence, and don’t want to lug y
