− La instalación eléctrica. Enchufes que no funcionaban. Aunque estaba limpio sugeriría que quitasen el polvo de las vigas del techo ya que puede ser algo problemático para personas con alergias.

9.0Alloggio al primo piano senza ascensore, molto comodo per chi arriva dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella (12 minuti a piedi). Alloggio spazioso, pulito, con comodo angolo cottura. Paola ci ha accolto e ci ha spiegato ogni cosa, dando ottimi consigli su dove mangiare. Piazza duomo a meno di un quarto d'ora a piedi.
− Direi solo il riscaldamento, nonostante si impostasse la temperatura sul termostato, dopo un po' la caldaia si staccava da sola.
