10.0Fantastic location. Close enough to central London attractions so that you can quickly get there and even pop home for an afternoon nap if you are jet lagged before heading out again. There's also lots of pubs, shops and restaurants within walking distance if you are having a quieter day locally, and Holland Park nearby is excellent. The flat itself is decorated beautifully, it's quirky and eccentric and there are little flourishes in every corner. The deck is perfect for enjoying your coffee as London is waking up, or having a nice glass of wine before bed. We were four people (2 parents in the bedroom with 11 year old twins on the pull out couch). Everyone was very comfortable. It happened to be the hottest week of the year, but it was easy to stay cool by keeping the windows open and running the fan to keep air moving.
− No real drawback with this place. Traffic outside can be a bit loud if you have the window open, but this is normal for Zone 1.

10.0Great location, lovely apartment and fab to have the roof terrace. A real find! Will definitely look to return when we visit London again.
− We had a bit of an issue with a glitchy lock, but the staff were very responsive and helpful and it all got sorted quickly!

8.0Charming flat. The location was very nice for the surrounding shops, restaurants and turism activities. Well furnished, warm water in the shower, coffee and nice bed furnitures. The communication with the hosts was very good.
− Holland park avenue has a lot of trafic and we needed to buy ear plugs for sleeping well at night in the living room (sofa bed). Our kids were sleeping in the bedroom, door closed and were not bothered by the trafic noise though. Apart from that, we were comfortable and enjoyed this place.
Urban oasis was a fantastic place to stay within a great location. Plenty of restaurants also nearby
