Unique, beautiful, impeccably clean apartment.
10.0This property was so unique! We had canal views and a vaporetto stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and we were grateful for the air conditioners during a very hot few days.

8.0La ubicacion, era muy comoda para quien llega en tren, el lugar era muy lindo, bien remodelado, comodidad de los sillones, y las camas.
− La persona del check in llego 30 min tarde al lugar de encuentro. Los detalles, como la limpieza en los lugares como de bajo de la tasa del bano, estaba muy sucio, la cocina era a induccion pero algunas ollas no servian para ese tipo de cocina. no tenia tè, cafe o algo de ocrtecia.
Location was great, but not worth the price.
7.0There was a water bus right out our front door.
− Picking up the keys was harder than it needed to be. Keys should have been in a lockbox at the property. We arrived late night and had to navigate the dark streets, with poorly marked addresses looking for an address nobody we asked knew where it was. Finally got the keys only to find a lockbox AT the property with keys inside it. Had we been told there were keys at the property, it would have saved us 1.5 hours of searching. We had to do certain “chores” before we left, ie. take out trash & recycling. That was unexpected and for the price we paid did not appreciate that. Water/guest bath had a strange, off putting odor.

7.0− All was excellent, but just one issue create little bit problem to us. We cannot left the luggage after checkout at comfortable place. This create us complication and extra costs. For the money we hired the apartment I would expect bit cooperative approach / solution.

− Too much stairs no elavator so if you have old people with you it is verry hard besides roof apartment so if you are over 1.85 its hard to move freely.
