Enjoyed Vespucci Palace and LOVED the Testaccio neighborhood.
9.0The property was clean, comfortable, and lovely. It was nice to have water and coffee available. The Testaccio neighborhood was charming.
− I booked this property on booking.com. I read the entire booking confirmation and I printed it and brought it with me. There was never a mention in my booking of a 50euro fee for late check in. There was a strike on the evening we arrived and protestors were on the train tracks so we were delayed 5 hours as we waited for the conflict to resolve. It is not fair to add in a fee AFTER the original booking which made no mention of it. I even asked the attendant to take a photo of my printed booking to prove there was no mention of it. I believe they have added it on booking.com now and tried to tell me it was there all along. That felt shady.
