Excellent apartment and v central location. Lovely stay.

Excellent location and overall flat characteristics. One night due to some issue with the flat above water leaked into one bedroom but the host was v responsive, and got the issue fixed the next day. Would stay there again.

− Cracked / broken tiles in one bathroom - seems a bit unnecessary in a lovely apartment. Apart from that all good.

صراحه الشقه من افضل الشقق الي سكنت فيها انا وعايلتي في كنسينغتون وقريبه مرا من الهايد بارك وقصر الاميره ديانا بس للأسف ماجيناه لانهم يرممونه والشارع فيه كل الخدمات الي تحتاجونها

Location is good, communication is bad

1- location is prefect, near the tube 2- good space apartment

− 1- entrance near garbage pins 2- AC didn’t work well at all 3- cleaning could be better 4- and most importantly, communication was difficult with the stuff. After check in, they didn’t answer any msg back, i had to call them for the AC and they didn’t fix, we stayed for 7 nights and the AC didn’t work for 3 of those

Perfect Location

The location was perfect! The apartment was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent and I also liked the additional half bathroom as we are a family of 4. The AC was not working on the first day and the staff got it fixed right away.

− The bathroom grout needed some additional attention and the furniture such as the kitchen chairs and ottoman in the bedroom was stained. It just needs to be deep cleaned or just replaced with a material can be wiped down. Also we asked for additional towels and for the bathroom to be cleaned and never heard back. We did not bother trying to ask again as we had a couple of days to go. All communication was done via Whatsapp.

The location is fantastic. The apartment has all modern amenities and equipment. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It’s literally next to tube station, with several grocery stores and restaurants just steps away. I would recommend this property.

− I would have given the property a perfect 10 but taking one point away as tiles in one bathroom were broken and should be replaced. This was not a big bother for us though.

A simple but well appointed apartment right next to Ken High Street!

Location was fabulous and the air-conditioning was excellent during these sweltering days in London. Good space too, including two good bathrooms.

− It could have done with a small rug or carpet in the living room floor to make it a bit more cosy. Some of the blinds had broken cords (which the people came to fix), while both rainforest shower heads needed cleaning properly from the calcium deposits. Also we couldn’t get the induction stove to go. The oven and microwave worked well though.
