10.0Everything was perfect! The apartment is spacious, clean and the host is very nice! And there are air conditioners in every room which was a bless during the heatwave!

4.0− Very poorly maintained. Trouble getting into the appartment. Broken lights, ripped paper on glass bathroom doors instead of blinders. Loose towel racks. The wrong wifi-router codes. Not to mention that the lock on the door was so poorly maintained it broke when we dropped of our bags (they could have seen this coming). We could not get back into the appartment until the evening (they did sort of repair it) Also, initially we agreed on an arrival time, but no one picked up the phone. It took 15 minutes to finally get a hold of someone and get through the front door. This was not a pleasant stay.

BUEN SITIO PARA VISITAR FLORENCIA
9.0Ubicado a unos 25 min del centro de Florencia a pie, pero a escasos metros hay una parada de Bus que te lleva al centro (ojo solo funciona hasta las 20h), para volver por la noche hay que volver andando. Y a unos metros también hay un aparcamiento publico bastante económico 15€/dia. El apartamento es muy amplio con camas cómodas y todo lo necesario para la estancia. El propietario muy atento, se puede contactar con él en cualquier momento por whatsapp y te explica todo lo que necesites.
− El baño huele un poco mal a pesar de tener todo el día la ventana abierta.

9.0大型地下停車場就在旁邊，對於自駕的人非常方便。 廚房提供的裝備還算完整，有洗碗機洗洗衣機，對於多日旅遊的人方便。
− 沒有電梯請位在地平面上的第三層，如果行李很多的人，要特別注意。 房間整體有一點老舊，但空間蠻大的，算舒適的。
