− The aircon was very noisey in the lounge area and minimal basics ie salt, pepper in the kitchen.

Great location, confortable place but noise is a problem at night

− The location is very central and that means a very busy street, unfortunately the windows dont isolate anything, it's like you have the window open which means a lot of noise at night. We even had construction during the whole night in the building down the street that kept waking us up, so if you're noise sensitive this might not be the place for you.
Good enough in Florence.
6.0The location is great and the elevator although small functioned quickly and was a huge convenience. 2 bathrooms were nice but....... We liked having a washer and drying rack to clean the 1 big towel and 1 small towel they gave each of us. No washcloths. Street noise was minimal.
− I didn't like that the was no shower caddy not even a soap dish in the shower! The shower is very small so bending over to get soap and shampoo from shower floor that didn't drain quickly was impossible. I didn't like that there were no glasses to drink from. No water glasses nor wine glasses!! Only one small espresso cup to drink coffee. With that said it would have been a nice touch leaving a couple of days of coffee to start. I didn't like being reminded that if we arrive after 8pm there would be a 30 euro up charge. Luckily we arrived at 19:59pm. I didn't like that the AC didn't get too cold in the afternoon. I didn't like that I had to call to get a light in the bathroom changed out. The master bed was hard as a rock. I woke up each night to sleep on the couch. There were no "nice touches" to make one feel welcomed! Especially for the price paid.
