8.0L’appartamento è tenuto bene e pulito. I servizi come da descrizione e comodi. L’accoglienza è stata molto calorosa. Ringrazio i proprietari per una gestione efficiente e per essere sempre stati disponibili e cordiali.

The place was cozy, clean, and perfectly located. We truly enjoyed our stay in Florence and will definitely come back again!

7.0Ubicación genial, a 2min de parada de tranvía. Y cerca de supermercado. La cocina bien equipada. Dueño muy amable y atento. Muchos detallitos en la casa. La habitación donde esta la cama muy amplia y comoda.
− El sofá cama es súper incómodo. Me levanté con dolor de espalda y tuvimos que mover el colchón al suelo a las 2am porque era imposible dormir. Y el perro del vecino nos despertaba muy temprano. La limpieza podría ser mejor, encontramos sartenes usadas en el armario sucias y las cortinas de la habitación con manchas de suciedad

10.0Ottima posizione a poca distanza dall’aeroporto. Perfetta la fermata del tram per raggiungere il centro città…praticamente di fronte all’ingresso dell’appartamento. Appartamento accogliente, pulito e dotato di aria condizionata. Comoda la cucina con diversi elettrodomestici. Ampio balcone con fioriera e sistema automatico di irrigazione. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un gradevole omaggio (cantuccini e vino toscano). Assolutamente consigliato.
− Divano letto un po’ scomodo e nel bagno principale occorre sostituire galleggiante cassetta wc (saltuariamente si blocca e va sistemato manualmente).

9.0Casa perfetta per una famiglia di 5 persone. Posizione ottima perché appena si esce di casa c'è la fermata tram e in poco tempo si arriva in centro a Firenze senza usare la macchina [che si può lasciare sotto casa nel parcheggio condominiale]. Carinissima l'accoglienza con vino e cantucci. Check in e out veloce e dettagliato. Lenzuola e asciugamani di buona qualità e puliti per tutti gli ospiti.
− Consiglio però di migliorare la pulizia generale della casa [pavimenti, cucina, attrezzatura da cucina e sanitari]...
