Apartamento muy recomendable. La entrada fue fácil y cómoda, estaba bien equipado y se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar.

− Para nosotros, precisamente esa tranquilidad fue algo positivo; aunque quizá para alguien que busque estar en pleno centro puede ser menos ideal. Aun así, en ningún momento fue un impedimento, ya que hay buses y otras opciones de transporte que te dejan en el centro en unos 15 minutos. En general, todo correcto y una estancia muy agradable.

Apartamento limpo, com tudo necessário para cozinhar , banhar e ter uma noite de sono muito agradável . Ótima instalação.

− O que não gostei é que não tinha janelas para rua no apartamento que ficamos . Mas em geral , tudo ótimo.

Prompt and exact communication, thorough instructions, the studio has the needed amenities. The studio and the bathroom are newly renovated and nice. The neighbourhood is a bit off the beaten tourist path, which to me was a positive. Still, there are super- and minimarkets, pharmacies, etc. close by. A couple of bus lines run really close by, and some more are available after a stroll.

− Not a dislike, but some suggestions for improvement: Add some condiments - salt, sugar, some oil... The open space wardrobe is in an alcove against a window, so perhaps you can have some kind of blinds to cover it from the outside view, as you're on the ground floor. It seems the studio was probably unoccupied for a bit before my visit, so there was some muskiness in the air, but nothing that opening the windows and putting the AC on 'dry' couldn't quickly resolve and no such thing was observed after that. The studio was described as 45 sq.m in the listing, which it's far from, which is obvious from the photos, so I guess it's a technical issue on the platform.

Die Wohnung war okay! Die Möbel waren nicht alt. Mehrere Busverbindungen sind vorhanden, zum Beispiel direkt in die Altstadt. In der Nachbarschaft ist es relativ ruhig, trotz der Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft. Wir haben uns gut und sicher gefühlt.

− Der Geruch aus dem Duschabfluss ist nicht zu ertragen! Wir haben ihn allerdings abgedeckt, wenn wir nicht geduscht haben, und so war es dann zu ertragen. Leider ist die Reinigungskraft nicht wie abgesprochen erschienen, um sauber zu machen. Selber konnten wir den Fußboden nicht reinigen, da kein Besen oder Ähnliches vorhanden war.
