10.0I loved the room and location! The staff was exceptional. Georgia welcomed us with prosecco and snacks to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. She helped us get a reservation at ZAZA the night of. She also arranged a taxi for us early in the morning so we could make it to our next destination stress free. So grateful for such a special experience in Florence.
