10.0Even though we stayed only one night we had the best time ! It felt very homly and we loved the design. Carlotta has been in touch from the very start and helped us with the parking, last minute reservation at a restaurant and welcomed us with amazing prosseco and strawberries !

10.0Very central location and the rooms were large and comfortable. For the first time in Florence I would recommend. Carlotta was a wonderful host would definitely stay here again!
