− Très sombre … pas de lumière et pas trop possibilité d’aérer le salon.

6.0La posizione è veramente ottimale. l'appartamento è ampio e l'host è veramente disponibile e precisa.
− L'appartamento è pieno di zanzare e umido, dovuto sicuramente all'ubicazione( stradina interna un po' trascurata) e all'età dell'immobile. Abbiamo avuto il dispiacere di trovarle anche schiacciate sui muri e per questo la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare. Le finestre sono vecchie e l'insonorizzazione è praticamente nulla.
Communication with the staff was ok they were helpful and kind.We enjoyed our stay overall.

9.0O apartamento está muito bem localizado, a poucos minutos da estação de comboio e do Duomo. Dispõe de todas as condições para uma estadia confortável.
− O apartamento encontra-se num beco, mas nunca senti qualquer insegurança. Contudo, devido a essa localização, o apartamento tem pouca luz natural. Os acessos dependem bastante do smartphone, o que, por um lado, simplifica o processo, mas, por outro, pode criar algum stress no hóspede por receio de ficar sem bateria.
