− Giriş deneyimi kötüydü. Kapı verdikleri kodla açılmıyordu. Bize inanmadılar. Aynı talimatları tekrar tekrar gönderdiler. Kapıyı daha kuvvetli itin bile dediler. Oysa kilit o gün bozulmuş. Gece yarısı sokakta kaldık. Neyse ki sonunda binaya giren başka birileri bizi içeri aldı.

7.0Duży plus, że można zostawić swój bagaż przed i po wymeldowaniu. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Personel był tak miły, że mogliśmy zrobić śniadanie na wynos pół godzinki szybciej. Świetna lokalizacja w centrum. Obiekt pilnowany a w weekend otwarcie drzwi specjalnym kodem. Winda była dostępna. Pokoje były sprzątane.

7.0The location, the helpfulness of the hotel staff, the espresso machine, the choice of teas, in the room, the air conditioning in the room and the historic building in itself.
− There could have been a comfortable armchair or chair to sit on while in the room. Also, there were no towel holders or enough shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries.

− Il bagno e tutto nuovo ma il mattarrasso si deve sostituire sedie letto e spalliere diciamo l,arredo si deve fare nuovo
