7.0− A szállás ZTL zónában van! Autóval érkeztünk. A szállásadó küldött egy címet, ahol parkolhatunk. Nem jelezte, hogy ZTL zóna! Így büntetést fogunk kapni, ami 90-300 euro! A szállásadónak kellett volna regisztrálni az autó rendszámát, akkor nem büntetnek meg! Ezt a regisztrációt kérésre sem volt hajlandó megtenni! Egy étterem tulajdonosa segített helyette, így csak egy napra kapunk büntetést!

7.0Localização excelente, fica na prórpia piazza de Signoria, um dos pontos mais importantes e centrais de Firenze. A acomodação é bem completa, embora o controle do ar condicionado tenha parado de funcionar, o que impactou no conforto pois fomos em uma época de muito calor - não sendo possível trocar até o fim da estadia. O fogão também parou de funcionar, o que impediu que realizássemos o café da manhã na acomodação. O estúdio é bom porém poderia estar mais organizado e funcional.
− O atendimento foi um pouco frio, objetivo mas faltou um acolhimento maior. Além disso, o estúdio precisa de maior organização e reparos pontuais para melhorar a experiência de quem se hospeda ali.

− El bullidor elèctric no funcionava, no podíem tancar l'aire condicionat ja que el comandament no funcionava, l'apartament era petit, els mobles eren grans i dificultaven el pas, al bany hi havia un moble ple amb articles de neteja i que feia que els moviments al bany fossin complicats. Només arribar el penjador del paper WC es va despenjar perquè estava posat amb cinta adhesiva. En fi, podríem dir que hi havia de gairebé tot però de poca qualitat.
