8.0Отличное расположение, чистота в номере. Кондиционер работает хорошо, тихо. Но на верхнем ярусе мне все-равно было душно.
− Лестница в подъезде, отсутствие лифта - тяжело затаскивать чемодан. На спальном ярусе под потолком мне было жарко, не смотря на то, что в номере есть кондиционер. И потолок на спальном ярусе низкий - удариться легко. А лестница, которая ведет с верхнего яруса вниз пересекается с несущей балкой таким образом, что не пригнувшись, обязательно заденешь, что несет дополнительные риски для лба. Электрический чайник неудобный, у него нет базы, а просто провод с вилкой и нужно её вставлять и вытаскивать после нагрева - экономия на мелочах.

7.0− El piso como tal estaba bien, el problema fue que éramos 3 personas mayores y el alojamiento esta en un tercer piso sin ascensor y es un edificio antiguo (el apartamento esta reformado y bien) por consiguiente tenia muchas escaleras por piso y muy pendientes. Dentro del piso la segunda habitación es una guardilla y mas escales. Yo lo recomiendo para personas jóvenes que no tengan problemas de movilidad, pero para mayores no.
