6.0Location great and room was lovely
− The AC broke and they didn't fix it during our stay, we were there in 40degree heatwave and there was no way to cool the room down, they gave us fans which didn't do anything. It was impossible to sleep.

10.0Si bien el edificio es viejo, tanto la habitación como el área común de todas las habitaciones, son muy lindas, como se ve en las fotos. Es una linda zona: cerca de Términi y medianamente cerca del centro histórico.
− Si tengo que poner un punto negativo es el ascensor. Tiene un sistema de cerrado de puertas que la mayor parte del tiempo la gente las deja mal cerradas (a pesar que hay carteles!), con lo cual casi todo el tiempo son 4 pisos por escalera, porque el ascensor quedó mal cerrado en algún piso.

1.0Non siamo riusciti a soggiornare per difficoltà di comunicazione. Avevamo un problema e abbiamo provato a contattarli ma non c’è stato riscontro . Abbiamo chiamato ripetutamente per capire come risolvere ma non hanno mai risposto .

Cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado
10.0Estuvimos 3 noches y la verdad es que volveríamos sin pensarlo. La ubicación es genial, a solo 1 minuto de la Basílica de Santa María la Mayor, en una zona perfecta para recorrer Roma. La habitación era amplia, las camas eran súper cómodas y se descansaba de maravilla. Además, la presión de la ducha era una pasada, algo que siempre se agradece después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. Todo estaba impecable, se notaba que la limpieza la cuidan mucho. Otro punto a favor es que alrededor hay un montón de sitios para comer, así que siempre tienes opciones para desayunar, comer o cenar sin tener que irte lejos. En resumen, una experiencia de 10. Si volvemos a Roma, sin duda repetiremos este alojamiento.
