9.0La ubicacion perfecta, barrio ideal para disfrutar de la visita a la ciudad, cerca de una parada de metro, a 10 min del vaticano y con restaurantes cercanos de calidad y buen precio. La antencion del anfitrion fue excepcional, muchas gracias a Ciara y Federico.

8.0I like that the location was great and the apartment was clean.
− I didn't like that there was a €200 hold on my card and she also wrote my card # on a piece of paper. (I should have read every detail before booking so total fault on my part).This was the only property out of the 4 we stayed in Italy that placed a hold on my card. The hot water in the shower was terrible, it was either scorching hot or too cold and there was no in- between. I wish there were basic kitchen necessities to get you started if you wanted to cook. Only thing you get is a refillable bottle of tap water in the fridge.

7.0Tiene cocina eléctrica, cafetera y tostadora pero el desayuno corre por cuenta de uno. No había café ni té, sí azúcar. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro con muy buena conexión a varios puntos de la ciudad. El departamento es luminoso, ventilado y tiene buena disposición (living, habitación matrimonial y cocina amplia). La cocina está bien equipada. El edificio está en muy buen estado y es silencioso.
− El departamento se ve limpio pero tiene un poco de olor. Tal vez sea por la tapicería (sillones, almohadones de las sillas, cubrecama) que están engrasadas por el uso. La ducha es un problema porque tarda muchísimo en calentar y cuando lo hace, si se abre el agua fría para nivelar se apaga el calefón. Para los 5 días/4 noches nos dieron un sólo juego de toallas a cada uno. Otra cuestión fue que la dueña nos dijo que teníamos que pagar los impuestos municipales con dinero en efectivo solo después de haber hecho el cheeck-in. Luego nos dejó pagar con tarjeta, pero nos cobró una comisión de 2 euros por eso. Finalmente, el edificio no cuenta con espacio extra donde almacenar las maletas así que luego del check-in (a las 10 AM) hay que alquilar en un depósito externo. La dueña sugiere llevarlas al depósito de un conocido de ella (que es quien nos dio las llaves) pero cobra lo mismo que cualquier otro lugar de guarda.
