Worst apartment, I have ever rented
1.0Beside train station and Yada Yada. Shower is very good.
− 1. No Health and Safety standards. Rear fire door exist would not open - had two deadlocks as well as a lock. Front door glass cracked. Very open to passerbys, like it was once a barbers shop - the front door had no self locking and therefore the door had to be locked by the one key. There are low ceilings upstairs, and the stairs up to the upper rooms were steep and unsafe. The doors up to the upper rooms were not standard height, and you had to stoop to enter the bedrooms. 2. Very uncomfortable rooms. Beds are very small, uncomfortable, and flimsy, with headboards falling away. The pillows are uncomfortable and misshapen. The bedspreads are tiny and thin. Cleaning was extremely poor, and in one of the cupboards, empty drink bottles were found. In the kitchen, some food pastes / jars appeared to be there for some time. Finally, next door, beside the apartment was open when we arrived, we walked in as it was number 11, the same as our apartment, it had a note on the inner door saying "junkie shit here".1
