10.0Très bien placé, très spacieux et équipé de façon pratique et confortable, le personnel présent sur place est toujours aimable et fait tout pour faciliter votre séjour (conseil de transports, évènements en cours mais aussi discrets et sécurisants. ... Je ne pouvais pas en attendre autant sur la qualité des services proposés. Le prix est presque disproportionné au vu de la qualité. Si l'occasion m'est permise de revenir à Kyōto, je sais où je séjournerai.

9.0Das Gästehaus Abiya ist schlicht und einfach mit einer sehr freundlichen Atmosphäre. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat alle meine Fragen beantworten können und mir beim Ausfüllen von Formularen (Yamato Koffer Service) geholfen. Die Lage ist super. Die Busstationen sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. In direkter Nähe finden sich sehr unterschiedliche Restaurants. Vom einfachen Automaten Imbiss bis zum Rahmen "Tempel" mit eigener Philosophie (Maruta).
− Eine Küche hätte mir schon gefallen, aber Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher tun es dann auch. Mülltrennung war nicht vorhanden. Das benutzte Geschirr wurde vom Personal gereinigt, was natürlich nicht schlecht ist.

10.0當初選擇阿美家是因為住過旅客真實的回饋令獨旅的我感到安心，另一個還有自己想知道的好奇！入住之後，誠如住過的人的感受一般：回到家的溫馨，阿美姐及其女兒都非常熱心的告訴您附近的景點及如何搭車，讓自己減少摸索的錯誤及增加未到訪前的新發現！ 從一開始的了解住處，其女兒就非常清楚的提供正確資訊，讓第一次的我在酷熱天氣裡，不走冤枉路，此外也相當積極協助處理我的臨時狀況：行李代收、公車下站名，都能很快得到回應！ 這次獨旅就發生烏龍事件（被自己打敗），自己遺漏東西卻完全不自知，後來阿美姐的通知，才豁朗驚喜..並協助後續！ 阿美姐是一位像足台灣親切的長輩：健談、熱心，會親自帶你指引附近的景點，讓你了解方位！此外能針對自己的發現，與她聊天分享兩國之間的異同，雖離開台灣許久，但也了解台灣的時事現況，所以相談甚歡！ 環境簡單乾淨，交通便利！雖然只住一晚，但我衷心感恩阿美家及其母女帶給我溫暖及美好的獨旅經驗，下次一定再相見，祝福您們：健康平安！

Budget accommodation in a convenient location
10.0Located in a quiet yet safe residential neighborhood. Multiple public transportation options available. While it's not a luxurious accommodation, it had all I needed for a short stay: clean bathroom/toilet, cups/dishes/utensils/electric kettle/microwave, facility to hang dry clothes. Pleasant host. Better than expected and would stay again & recommend to those looking for a simple yet clean budget accommodation in Kyoto.
