I had a wonderful stay at Colonna Inn!!
10.0The location was excellent. I wanted to stay with the locals and not in a touristy environment, yet I was close enough to walk to the subway and the bus picked up right outside my hotel. I felt perfectly safe and I shopped and ate with the locals just like I wanted. If you're in good shape and up for it, you could walk to the Vatican. The room I had was updated, well-maintained and most importantly, clean. Roberto, Lucy, and Ana were the perfect hosts and very helpful when I needed information. If I were to return, I would absolutely stay at Colonna Inn again.
− I absolutely loved the Colonna Inn and the only "negative" I would have is that you will have to walk up some stairs. There is an old elevator that works perfectly well and adds to the charm of the Inn. But even with the elevator, you will have to walk up some stairs, so I would have to say that the Colonna Inn is not ideal for those who may have problems going up and down stairs, although for me, it was absolutely charming.
