La ubicacion y la terraza

− Los colchones muy incomodos, la cama de matrimonio suena mucho en cuanto te giras, se nota que tiene muchos años. Los colchones de la habitación también muy antiguos y las almohadas tienen un relleno inexistente, prácticamente es como poner la cabeza en el colchon. Me parece que con unos pequeños cambios el apartamento podría estar mucho mejor pero se ve que a los dueños no les interesa ya que lo van a alquilar igual. Además de la incomodidad la habitación con dos camas no se puede ventilar porque del patio interior sale olor a tubería y a alcantarilla se mete en la habitación y se impregna en las camas. Este olor hace que la estancia sea mucho mas desagradable.

W obiekcie było wszystko co potrzebne, duży taras na ogromny plus. Sprawna i cicha klimatyzacja. Super wyposażona kuchnia.

− Trochę mikroskopijna łazienka i skrzypiące łóżka, ale na kilka dni na spokojnie dało się wytrzymać :) sąsiad z góry reagujący nawet na rozmowy wieczorem trochę był irytujący.

− Patul foarte slab ca și confort. Am plecat cu dureri de mijloc care m-au ținut 2 săptămâni.

Horrible sleeping experience on the hardest bed I slept in my life.

The host is very nice on the phone. Sent us useful information about Barcelona and how to get to the place using the Metro. They had someone waiting for us. The only bad thing is that our plane was delayed but we still made it in time. Then I found out that there was a fee if you come after 21:00... Very poor and costly if the delay is not your fault, just like in our case that the flight was late (but we luckily made it).

− The deceiving listing, which looks very nice on the pictures but the reality is very different. The worst part was the bed that was so hard that we could have slept on the floor with the same results. This was the worst because you want to have a comfortable sleep after out walking in the city. Also the toilet kept running and every time you sat down there is a loud bang. The shower head is the loudest I used, the old shower head is just disconnected (it's the rain type, so probably to save money on water they installed this pathetic one that is too loud and wouldn't stay in the position you needed it in). Also spider webs in the bedroom and mold around the shower stall. Also the stall is very small (luckily we are not obese, so cannot imagine a large person using it)... Doors are in very bad shape and loud and difficult to open. If you go to the bathroom (also the door on the bedroom) and close/open the door you wake up the others. Walls have seen better times as well. Lights missing shades. All it would take is bit of maintenance and fixing, replace the mattresses and all is good. Also not sure about paying the tourist tax in cash on arrival without a receipt. Looks more like extra cash for the owners... Overall the worst listing I stayed at from Booking.com and way too overpriced for what you get.

The apartment is located on a hill, about a 10–15 minute walk from the nearest metro station. It’s equipped with everything you might need for a stay. The terrace is spacious, but you can’t really talk there — the neighbors immediately complain after just a few words.

− Unfortunately, the apartment has a strong damp smell, which makes it quite uncomfortable. The balcony windows can’t be locked, which could be a problem for anyone leaving their things inside. The owners have been informed about these issues, but nothing has been fixed.
