Appartement spacieux, assez bien équipé et bien situé mais trop bruyant la nuit.
7.0Le logement est très spacieux, la literie confortable et l'ensemble permet d'accueillir un groupe de 4 à 6 personnes dans de bonnes conditions. Bien situé, à quelques toutes petites minutes du tram permettant de rejoindre le centre-ville en 15 minutes et proche de toutes commodités (supermarchés, restaurants, pharmacie, réseaux de transport), il est idéal pour un couple ou un groupe d'amis. Il dispose d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une machine à laver et d'un balcon ce qui est très appréciable pour des longs séjours.
− Malgré les qualités évoquées précédemment, le logement manque de quelques petits équipements : une table basse dans le salon apporterai un peu plus de confort, un porte-savon dans la douche et quelques couverts supplémentaires (couteaux, cuillères, fourchettes) seraient également les bienvenus. Enfin et il s'agit de son principal point faible, le logement est très bruyant côté chambres : le tramway passe littéralement sous les fenêtres entre 05h30 du matin et minuit et on y entend les conversations, les mouvements et les pas du voisinage du dessus dès la nuit tombée.

10.0Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und wir hätten jederzeit unseren Host kontaktieren können, wenn es erforderlich gewesen wäre. Die Lage war perfekt und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Straßenbahn vor dem Fenster war zwar etwas laut, aber dafür waren wir mobil. Der nahe Supermarkt hat uns gut versorgt
− Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren völlig in Ordnung, aber etwas abgenutzt.

7.0Las camas son muy cómodas Muy buena hubicacion. .
− Tener el tranvía delante es excelente para llegar al centro a su vez muy molesto para dormir. No había jabón de la vajilla. Faltaban cubiertos. Lo peor de todo es que el sistema de agua caliente y calefacción no funciona correctamente. Nos duchamos dos veces con agua tibia.
Casa ampia e luminosa. Posizione più che buona vicino a tram, supermercato e farmacia.
