Great apartment, very clean, comfortable beds and quiet area.
9.0Really up to date apartment but also traditional, well equipped with a/c, clean, comfortable beds. It was in quiet area, but only a short walk to a very good supermarket and some lovely restaurants. Not walking distance to city but very good transport links, used google maps that gave times and variety of ways to get to city or up to hills/ Fiesole to great stunning views.
− We liked everything, except maybe the open stairs in apartment, which are not enclosed but just have to be careful.

7.0Comfortable accommodation. Well furnished with older furniture in character with historic building. Everything there that needed. Very comfortable base away from busy city centre. Somewhere comfortable to relax after a busy day out sightseeing. Cooking and entertainment facilities all satisfactory. Easy access from main central station by local train - very close walk. Also walkable to city centre, but not after a full busy day at the museums. But short walk and single bus C1 easy to manage and takes to central locations and main tourist sights. Florence is a busy touristy city. Good to be out of centre. Accommodation is competitively priced to reflect off centre location. Various supermarkets and food shops nearby and on way home when walking.
− Comfortable accommodation for adults. Small children would need to be careful of stairs. Not huge apartment but for short stay is perfectly satisfactory. Suggestion: recycling boxes provided. Labelling providing information on what to place in each box would encourage usage. Also file in apartment of manuals for appliances and public transport map / options would be useful for getting around. Did not meet owner. Assume professional management company? Electronic key and all communication / access by email and phone access keys / links. Do not let your phone fully discharge - otherwise easy to manage.
