− I put clothes in the provided laundry bag and left in room to get done but they were not picked up. Inconvenient but maybe I didn’t follow process properly? Wasn’t clear and didn’t have time to verify but there are laundromats nearby open late so not a big deal

8.0Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό. Οι χώροι αρκετά περιποιημένοι. Η καθαριότητα των δωματίων ήταν καθημερινή. Η περιοχή που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι πολύ καλή, αλλά είναι πολύ κοντά σε στάση μετρό - λεωφορείου και στο Arena.
− Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο καλύτερο καθώς είχε basic είδη. Και το ένα από τα 2 δωμάτια που είχαμε δεν ήταν έτοιμο στις 15.00 που είναι και το check in.
